We use Alaska Pollock or Pacific Hake fillets in our surimi.
Our Seafood Sticks are just surimi, water, eggs, starch, a little oil and a few select flavours & spices. No secrets, and nothing that takes a PHD in Chemistry to understand.

"Surimi stays fresh because of chemical preservatives..."
Nope 🙅
Surimi is made using traditional methods paired with modern technology. High temperature pasteurisation followed by low temperature chilling works as its own natural preservative 🔥+🧊+ 🐟

You are what you eat! Thank cod, because we eat a lot of surimi 🧜🏻‍♀️
Everyone knows that fish is full of goodness, and surimi is FULL of fish (so that's like... extra goodness).
Our philosophy is ALL fillet, no filler. Scales aren't required for a balanced diet 🐟⚖️

We all know that protein builds muscle, but you don't need to get it all from dull chicken breasts and sad milkshakes.

R IS FOR RECIPES 🍝

Any fin is possible with Surimi! 🐟 How about an easy Italian frittata? It's like a delicious seafood omelette 🇮🇹 🧀🍳

Ingredients:
1. Half a pack of Vici Surimi sticks
2. 3 eggs
3. 100ml of milk
4. a couple mushrooms
5. sliced onion
6. cherry tomatoes
7. grated cheese
8 salt & pepper
9. oil

Preparation :
1. Chop mushrooms and onion
2. Add oil to a heated pan, and cook mushroom/onion for 3-4 mins
3. Add VICI surimi sticks
4. Add salt & pepper
5. Beat eggs with the milk, and add to the pan
6. Add grated cheese, sliced tomatoes, and finish in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins

R IS FOR RECIPES

Hot dogs are out, hot cods are in! 🌭 (well, pollock & hake to be pacific 🐟 but you get the idea) ... maybe we should call them hake dogs 🤔 Either way, throw these bad boys in a pan, or on a BBQ, and you're onto a weiner. They're the dog's pollocks, trust us.

Ingredients:
1. Hot dog buns
2. Vici Surimi sticks
3. Marie Rose sauce (ketchup+mayo)
4. Crispy onions

Preparation:
1. Cut your buns in half
2. Grill or pan-fry the surimi (just a touch of oil) until warm throughout (5-10min)
3. Slide each into a bun, and add a dollop of Marie Rose
4. Sprinkle with fried crispy onions

S IS FOR SURIMI

SU-RI-MI in Japanese means 'minced meat'.
HUN-GRY in English means 'gimme that fish stick' 👀
Whatever language you pronounce surimi in, it always sounds delicious!

W IS FOR WATER

We love water. It's good for your skin, you can wash your face with it, it keeps you alive and all that. Water is great 🏄🏻
It's also the second most important ingredient in our seafood sticks (after the fish 🐟)
During production, we remove all the water (and impurities) from our fish. We then add fresh water back into this purified protein, plus a couple extra ingredients, and BOOM – Vici Seafood stick 💥
